We believe you will find the way in which we conduct a search is transparent and efficient, leaving you in full control and communication at every stage.

The Brief: You will meet the team that will work on your behalf – this includes the senior consultant and one or more of our specialist researchers.

The team responsible for the mandate will discuss with you the exact requirements of the search. This includes strategic objectives and assignment brief, time-scales and methods of research.

The Search: Our specialist research teams have use of extensive resources, an exceptional network, and one of the most comprehensive talent databases ever compiled for the industry. This ensures that as our client, you receive the widest possible reach for candidates within the shortest possible time.

Long list: Your Senior Consultant will work with the Research team to pull together a long list (typically 10 names) for your initial review. From this review we would recommend that we interview up to six candidates, from which we would present you with a short list. Both the long and short lists will be sent to you, complete with CV’s, Biographies and any relevant notes that we feel will assist the decision making process.

Open communication is adhered to from inception of the mandate through to completion. We establish clear lines for communication at the beginning of a mandate which are used throughout the search life cycle.

Short lists: This list is typically made up of those clients we highly recommend to you, and will typically number between 3 and 5 candidates. Your interview process then takes over until you are ready to make a decision.

Selection: Mindstorm can assist in the decision making process to help you close the negotiation with your final selected candidate. Ultimately it is in the execution process where Mindstorm adds the most value. Our considerable expertise support clients in achieving a successful completion to the search process.
